Returns & Exchanges
At Reaper Patches, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned patches and apparel must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping envelope.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a tracked shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
